I architect the agentic AI systems the world’s largest banks trust with financial crime, risk and regulatory compliance, and I still build them myself.

About

I architect agentic AI systems for regulated financial services: the layer that sits between AI agents and the systems they act on, and the controls that make their behaviour deterministic enough to run inside a bank. I have built production data platforms at bank scale, led the engineers who build them, and I still design and build myself.

Right now that means designing the enterprise agentic knowledge layer a tier-one US bank is taking into production. At Neo4j I own the company’s largest industry vertical end to end: the technical direction alongside the commercial strategy, the category narrative now used across tier-one engagements, and the public use-case library the field runs on.
